Buddy lists can be easily integrated from various IM platforms.  An integrated softphone and one-click mouse call controls offer more productivity tools.

VOI)easy MX-55

Get all of the features and benefits of VOI)easy MX through an Aastra 55i series IP phone. With 6 fixed and 6 programmable function keys, the 55i is perfect for the user who needs full telephone functionality, up to 9 simultaneous call capacity, busy lamp indications, headset connectivity, and access to all system features. The large 144 x 75 pixel backlit display enhances the user experience through intuitive menus and prompts. In addition, the 55i can become a full-fledged attendant/receptionist console with up to three 536M Expansion Modules. The one-time cost is $49.95.

Anyone wanting the VOI)easy MX service on a full-featured executive phone can opt for the Aastra 57i series IP phone. Highlighted by a huge 144 x 128 pixel backlit display and 30 feature activation keys, 12 of which are programmable, this phone features nine call keys to ensure that all calls come through. This phone fits up to three 536M or 560M Expansion Modules to become the central console for an operator or reception station. The one-time cost is $99.95.
