RecordaTrunk is a monthly service for VOI)easy SIP Trunking customers built for all types of applications based on the Session Initiation Protocol: voice, video, instant messaging, and file transfers. System administrators can easily establish policies to manage and preserve SIP sessions through an internal database with recording data that accounts and allows for search and retrieval based on metrics such as call parties or time stamp. RecordaTrunk provides the ability to retrieve voice call in the form of a .wav file and the IM can be viewed in its native text format.
