Neil Darling  - Managing Partner
Neil Darling is recognized as an expert in the application of voice, video and data convergence technology to overcome business challenges. He currently serves as founder and managing partner of EtherSpeak Communications, a Managed VoIP and Internet Telephony Service Provider based in Prince William County, VA.

Neil is a former Andersen Consulting manager, and during his career has managed the Department of Labor's - Occupational Safety and Health Administration's national communication's network, his projects have included consultation services for the CIO of the Executive Office of the President at the White House, and the Chief Technology Officer, District of Columbia.  Mr. Darling is a 1992 graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.  Neil resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife and five children.

Terry Elton – VP, Operations
Terry has over 25 years of experience in communications, networking, and network security systems. His experience includes business operations, services and program management, business development, marketing, and sales management.  Prior to EtherSpeak, Terry held senior level positions at Cryptek as VP, Sales & Marketing, SteelCloud as General Manager, Solution Business Group, NCI Information Systems as VP and CIO, and I-NET as General Manager, Network & End-user Services.

Todd Holsombeck – VP of Sales and Channels
Todd has more than a decade of sales experience and more than 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors in general. Most recently, he worked at Aptela where he led their nationwide channels. His career spans the gamut as a consultant and sales professional. In his current capacity, he is in charge of sales and channel management lending his expertise in business development and our service delivery arms.

Robert Liu - VP, Marketing and Communications
Bob brings nearly 20 years of telecommunications and high-tech marketing and communications experience to the table. Most recently as Director of Marketing Communications at Zultys Technologies, he oversaw the key crisis management campaign that helped the Silicon Valley equipment vendor successfully navigate out of bankruptcy. His experience also includes serving as the PR director for HotJobs.com as well as an extensive journalism career that spanned from CNN to Internet Telephony magazine.
